Yoga for Agility
10:00 - 11:30 Noon-(Pre-register so I know you are planning on attending)
Focus on standing and seated asanas which improve the alignment and flexibility of the spine, increase the flexibility of the back, hips, shoulders, and the health of the internal organs.
The July 10 workshop is for all levels: new students, beginners, and those with experience.
Pre-registration and payment one week in advance of the workshop is truly appreciated.
Workshop will not run if under-enrolled.

Workshop classes include dynamic asanas taught in the method of B.K.S. Iyengar. Open to new students and those with some experience.
No Health or Medical concerns, please.

Please bring your own yoga mats for hygienic purposes.
Wear T-shirt, tights or shorts, no baggy clothes.
Yoga is practiced in Bare Feet. No shoes in studio.
Please, NO perfumed products, skin creams, hair products or any perfumes.
