All Levels Beginning Level and Experienced students welcome
Learn the basic fundamentals of yoga asanas & yoga philosophy. Sarvangasana, shoulderstand, Halasana, plow pose, are introduced.
Repeat several times before moving to Level 2. Classes can be vigorous. Classes are designed for Adults who are physically fit and practice in between classes. This class assumes you exercise regularly. No Medical or Health concerns.

Experienced (Level 2) at least 1 yr Level I Iyengar Yoga experience
Strong standing asanas, complex seated asanas and inversions are offered in this class. Classes are vigorous, Sirsasana and Sarvangasana are taught. Class assumes you are physically fit, exercise regularly, and are regularly practicing yoga at home.
No Medical or Health concerns. |
